A fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in Newbury, my client is looking for a Documentation Administrator to join their team on a 6 month temporary basis.

The primary purpose of this role is to perform Documentation Administration. You will be responsible for all documentation including supplier's and final are reviewed, complied and completed within agreed timescales.

·  Administration, revision, and verification of supplier's documentation related to the product. Maintaining full component's traceability through the process. Administration, revision, and validation of Material Certification EN 102024, 2.1, 2.2, 3.1 and 3.2, welding procedures, welding consumables certification and NDT documentation. Book in Material Test Certification using SAP System.

·  Communication with suppliers regarding required certification and addressing Non-Conformities effectively

·  Compilation of Final Documentation to customer requirements. Ensure that projects' documentation including Manufacturing Record Books are reviewed, complied, and completed within agreed timescales.

·  Presentation of Final Documentation to customer's representatives.

·  Maintain and review the inspection records from manufacturing.

·  Creating internal paperwork including certificates of conformity, certificate of manufacture, quality, quantity, warranty, hydrotest and other test certificates as per customer's requirements and product destination.

·  Maintenance of daily workload information and weekly reporting of the KPIs.

·  Managing own time and time allocation to project.

·  Develop skills and knowledge to provide coverage for absent departmental colleagues as required.

·  Assisting in resolving customer and internal quality related issues using recognised problem-solving techniques, assist with complaint solution (internal and external customers).

·  Updating and maintaining various quality documentation and records (various spreadsheets).

·  Be fully familiar with relevant engineering standards and specifications. Responsible for ensuring contractual and quality standards are met. Able to understand product drawings.

·  Perform related duties, as required. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
