Adecco are recruiting for a Data Analyst to work within a marketing function. This role is a commercial administration function to support a team of EMEA International Product Managers.

A high proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential as well as good analytical, data selection and extraction skills. You will also need strong organisation and interpersonal skills to manage the vast number of multi-national contacts and fast paced environment.

Major Tasks
*Report writing - collating regional monthly progress reports on sales, KBOs and technical for several suppliers across multiple regions. Develop automation of these reports (macros)
*Complex data manipulation - pivot tables, macros, sorting, graphing, logically organising data and applying advanced formulas
*Analysing and understanding data
*Retrieving and preparing data from Innova
*Supplier product order forecasting and stock level calculations from sales history
*Extracting data from Peoplesoft / Helix
*Keeping Qlikview reporting lines updated (market segmentation)
*Analyze and clean temporary products in Helix
*Keep team rooms updated and relevant
*Implement, administer new Sharepoint global document sharing tool
*Intercompany margin checks and corrective actions
*Price list administration
*General administrative support for IPM's
*Stock monitoring and corrective actions
