Do you have experience in retail, hospitality or a contact centre? Do you have high level customer service experience, face to face or on the phone? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can really make a difference and give the customer the ultimate experience?

I am recruiting on behalf of a client for a Customer Services Advisor. This is a contact centre based role, however call centre experience is not essential. If you have excellent customer service skills and an impeccable phone manner, this could be the role for you!

You will need to thrive on customer service and have the ability to turn situations around. You will need to think on your feet and adapt your style to each call.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company who are expanding their team. You will be working with a fun, social team who are very welcoming and enthusiastic.

This is a full time position and you will be required to work some weekends. Due to the location of the company, you will need your own transport and parking is provided free of charge.
