Our client is a buzzing, forward-thinking company who have experienced steady growth throughout the years; they are dynamic, respectful, professional and fun! They are now looking for a highly experienced Customer Service Representative to join their lovely team!

Responsibilities and Duties:

� Providing exceptional customer service by taking orders over the phone and email as well as processing them with accuracy and timeliness

� Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction

� Providing customers with expert help and advice

� Raising quotations and sales proposals

� Following up customers

� Ordering materials from suppliers

� Informing clients of unforeseen delays and problems

� Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

� Supporting the external sales team with order processing and sample dispatch

� Looking after sample room

� Liaising with internal departments and customers on a day to day basis regarding general queries, product availability etc

� Assisting in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events

� Other ad hoc administrative duties

Qualifications and Skills:

� Excellent customer service skills

� Very strong communications skills, both written and verbal

� A positive and can-do attitude

� Team player

� Friendly, patient and able to work in a fast-paced environment

� Attentive to detail

� Problem solver

� Experience in a similar role and market and products knowledge would be highly advantageous

Benefits:

� Working hours: 8am - 5.30pm (the hours are negotiable)
