Do you have previous phone based customer service experience? Are you available immediately? Do you have the ability to work in a fast paced environment?
If yes, then this maybe the role for you. Our client is looking for experienced Customer Service call handlers, to take a variety of inbound calls. Full training will be provided.
Successful candidate will be required to be flexible around shifts, rota will cover Monday to Friday with the odd Saturday. Working shifts will be 8-5pm and 12pm until 8pm
This is a short term assignment with the view that this may become permanent.
