A great opportunity for a Customer Service Analyst to join our company based just outside Exeter that has created this new and exciting position.

The main purpose of the role is to assist in the taking raw data from the business (sales-force (CRM), reviewing and make recommendations to the business managers in relation to improving efficiency's, savings and performance.

You'll be able to draw up reports in simplified formats for illustrative purpose and feedback to team members Working with the Customer Support team and the Account Managers whilst building an understanding of issues and opportunities in both teams

You don't need to be a conventional Data Analyst to succeed in this role, but you will need to be able to interpret data and translate it into relevant insight for our internal colleagues and external customers alike along with having strong organisational and administrations skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.
