Adecco are looking to recruit Mandarin speaking team members to join a leading operations centre in Cork for their existing customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email and webchat
Answer customer enquiries, problem solve ad escalate where needed
Work with customers to ensure timely and successful resolutions of all queries
Act as a customer Champion inside the organisation by providing feedback to other functions
Skills and Attributes:
Must be fluent in Mardarin
Team player and positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Committed to working in a customer facing role; motivated by providing great
service
Demonstrate a strong track record of problem solving and attention to detail
Excellent multi-tasking skills
