Customer Service Administrator

Sutton Coldfield

£9.50 per hour

Adecco Sutton Coldfield are recruiting for a well-established company in Sutton Coldfield who are recruiting for a customer service administrator.

This is a lovely role for someone who is looking for a temporary to permanent role in a ' family feel' company.

Duties

·  Answer the telephone, including transferring calls, forwarding messages as necessary,

·  Dealing with enquiries from customers, completing orders over the telephone etc., ensuring

·  Assisting with Sales Order Processing.

·  Filing of Sales Order documentation.

·  Monitoring emails and distributing to the necessary person, dealing with any emails or queries.

·  Deputise/cover when other members of the General Office team are absent

·  Investigation into cash queries, preparation & raising credit notes

·  Weekly/monthly reports to be printed off for Operations Director when required.

·  Running orders off our internal system, invoicing orders when necessary.

·  To attend regular meetings with customers regarding deliveries, their procedures and queries/complaints.
