We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to approach customers as they come into the store, based in Sainsburys in Newbury.

The succesful candidate will be advising the customer of the benefits of converting from the Nectar card to the Nectar APP, highlighting the additional benefits and savings that would be available to them. They will have the use of a tablet / I pad, where they will be able to set the customer up on the APP immediately.

The candidates need to be friendly and confident to be able to talk and approach people at all levels, a confident user on technology such as a tablet / I pad and uploading and navigating Apps.

The role will involve the following:

Approach customers as they walk into the Sainsbury's Store, promoting the Nectar on line App in place of the Card. To advise of the benefits and additional savings and discounts available. Will have use of a Tablet to assist with moving the customer from the Nectar Card to the on line App. Must be a confident APP user and understand how to use a tablet / i pad.

Must also feel confident to talk to people as they come in to store.

0900 - 1700 Mon-Sat- paying £10 per hour- shifts are available from 19th October through to 16th November.

1000-1600 Sun or a mix of part time 0930 - 1330 & 1330 - 1730
