Adecco are recruitng for a Customer Representative on behalf our client based in Derby DE74

The role is covering a Maternity contract therefore will be 9-12 months and potentially ongoing

paying 18k pro rata for the right candidate.

In this varied and engaging role, you will have the chance to act as the friendly voice of the business and ensure that a great customer experience is delivered time and time again.

As a Customer Representative, you'll respond to, and direct customer calls, ensuring customer's expectations are met or exceeded. You must have a professional telephone manner and excellent written and Verbal communication skills.



You must have 1-2 years working in a similar role to apply.
