To chase fees via email, telephone and letter.
Processing credit/debit card payments.
Negotiating payment plans when clients are facing financial difficulties
Individuals will need to take a pragmatic approach to the role remembering at all times that there is a legally binding agreement which obligates the customer to pay in full and on time.
Communication between parties and also the management centre, in respect of late payment financial struggles and maintenance issues.
Updating cases with notes
To maintain brand standards
Liaising with other departments when necessary to resolve internal queries.
Persistent approach towards debtors, remembering to be polite and professional at all times
Obtaining evidence for court proceedings i.e. ledgers, tenancy agreements, communication history and terms & conditions.
