Tasks

Cleaning apartment blocks Internally - Vacuuming, dusting, wiping down, cleaning glass (internally), cleaning lobby doors; cleaning main entrance doors and frames inside and out including side panels, cleaning stair nosing's, cleaning door entry system panel

Glass cleaning - Cleaning main entrance doors and frames inside and out including side panels

Litter picking and routine site-check - Walk all areas of the site and either act upon or report any problems or defects to the line manager without delay. Whilst conducting this check - carry out litter pick at the same time.

Car park cleaning - Broom sweep key areas where dirt, silt, leaves e.t.c. have accumulated and dispose of arising's appropriately. Then focus on a different area each month.

Check contractors - Ensure contractors attending site are carrying out their duties to the required standards and that they are working safely.

Required Experience and Technical Competency

·  Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems.

·  Experience in carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard is desirable although training and guidance will be given.

·  Proven ability to apply best practice in the use of all materials and equipment that is provided to carry out work is desirable but training will be given.

·  Experience of working in a high-end customer service establishment where high expectations are met every time.

·  Proven ability to handle client matters in a professional and confidential manner.

·  Practical application and working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and legislation to eliminate or mitigate risk in the workplace.
