BUSINESS SUPPORT ASSISTANT
BROMLEY
MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM- 5PM
3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT
£10.82 HOURLY RATE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work for a local authority based in Bromley working within the Safeguarding Service.
MAIN DUTIES:
· Responsible for accurate and timely data entry onto CareFirst database
· To process referrals within timescales
· Answer frontline telephone calls from the public
· Maintain the accurate monitoring, tracking and analysis of team caseloads
· Ensure accurate payment of petty cash claims and regular payments as and when required.
· Receive messages and take responsibility for the accurate recording and delivery of messages to the appropriate people
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
· Previous Admin experience
· IT literate with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word packages
· Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
· Professional telephone manner and attitude is essential, with excellent communication skills
