·  Raising, checking and adjusting purchase orders;

·  Checking and processing purchase ledger items for approval;

·  Checking and processing employee / sub-contractor expenses;

·  Making and answering telephone calls / distributing messages;

·  Dealing with customer/supplier queries;

·  Reconciling customer/supplier accounts;

·  Checking, processing and reconciling petty cash;

·  Sage 50 experience

·  Assisting with VAT return calculations;

·  Assisting other team members and employees as required;

·  Filing;

·  Other ad-hoc duties as required.

·  Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers

·  Reconciliation of bank accounts and the sales and purchase ledgers

·  Raising and processing sales and purchase invoices

·  Preparing VAT returns

·  Supporting month end and year end processes, facilitating timely and accurate reporting of financial and management information
