Are you a Bid Coordinator that is looking for the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity within a large, reputable company within the Cradley Heath area that is looking for you!

Duties Include but are not limited to:

·  Respond to customer quote requests and enquiries

·  Identify and develop new customer opportunities proactively

·  Prepare sales action plans and strategies

·  Enter sales orders and manage order books

·  Make sales calls to new and existing clients

·  Achieve sales targets each month

·  Maintain customer database, sales activity records and prepare sales reports

·  Ensure highest levels of customer service are provided

·  Participate in customer / supplier meetings and visits

·  Source product and obtain pricing from supply base

·  Co-ordinate multiple sourcing activities and monitor progress to plan

·  Report on bid status and key metrics as required

Skills/Experience Required:

� Knowledge of relevant computer applications - excel, word & powerpoint

� Knowledge of principles and practices of sales

� Knowledge of customer service principles

� Knowledge of basic business principles

� Experience working with customers and suppliers
