Adecco are delighted to be working with a fantastic company who are looking for a CNC Programmer with AlphaCAM experience.

Responsibilties:

Using AlphaCAM Mill / Router to program 3 axis CNC routers (Homag and Andi Stratos) to machine flat panel composite sandwich boards for Aircraft interior cabin furniture using mostly 3D design data (STEP files) from CAD Systems (Catia V4 and V5, SolidEdge).

Must have a good understanding of AlphaCAM software and be able to read and understand engineering drawings and models. Use of part modeller would be beneficial. Must be computer literate with a comprehensive knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Outlook and Word etc).

Working as part of the Production Engineering Team with production planning and other metalwork (FOM) programmers, liaising with other departments such as Design, Projects and Production.

Support production during manufacture of the cabin furniture as well as designing and programming, shop aids, jig and fixtures.

Package:

Salary - £15/£16 per hour (Circa £30,000)
