Addeco are currently recruiting for a strong Administrator / Coordinator.

The role will be to administer and coordinate the environmental management system and utility automated monitoring and targeting system. The role will also include assisting the Head of Sustainability Delivery with recertification of the Green Dragon Level 5 Environmental Management System.

·  Use the existing TEAM Sigma automated monitoring and targeting system to administer the utility bills. This will include entering bills on the system and then validating the bills to ensure they are ready to be paid

·  Day to day administration of the automated monitoring and targeting system. Ensure that meter readings are taken and uploaded where necessary and to ensure that all data relating to utility management is readily available

·  Administration and development of the environmental management system.

The ideal Candidate will have the following;

·  Coordination and Administration experience

·  Data input experience

·  Strong Excel skills

·  Great communication skills

This is a temporary position with the possibility of going Permanent.

You will also need to be available ASAP.
