Our client is an international exams group designing and delivering assessments to over 8 million learners in over 170 countries.
To assist in the processing of assessment related materials and to collaborate in other areas on behalf of Group Print and Operations as required, ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality are maintained.
Principal Accountabilities
Act responsibly and comply with Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies and programmes.
Maintain the confidential integrity of all materials, both physical and electronic, within the Group.
To complete all assigned tasks in accordance with departmental procedures in the most efficient manner using the minimum time and resource without loss of accuracy and quality.
Maintain benchmarks and collect relevant planning data as required.
Identify, escalate and resolve problems where appropriate and inform the relevant stakeholders.
Identify personal and professional development opportunities and undertake cross training within the Group as required.
Train and lead on processes as and when required.
Actively engage in Continuous Improvement activities by raising opportunities and implement improvements. Support others to continuously improve and share best practices.

You may be required to work additional hours / shift pattern during peak periods
Knowledge and skills
Knowledge
Educated to GCSE level with Grade C in English Language & Maths or equivalent
Understanding of health and safety policies and procedures
Knowledge of production or distribution environment (desirable)
Understanding of SLAs / benchmarks (desirable)
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in database systems (desirable)
Time management
High attention to quality
Ability to follow clear procedures
Effective communicator
Ability to build relationship with stakeholders and colleagues
