Adecco are currently recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join a fantastic care establishment based in the Coulsdon area. This role is on a 9 month maternity contract.

You will be working in a beautiful old rectory in a picturesque setting.

The successful candidate must be motivated, have good communication skills and be a team player. You will be required to work closely with the Manager and other staff to provide residents with a person-centred, individual programme of activities in accordance with their needs and wishes to enhance their quality of life by mental and physical stimulation.

Person Specification:
Essential: Genuine interest in working within a caring environment. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Team Player. Willingness to participate in vocational training programmes.

Desirable: Previous experience of working in a care setting. Relevant Vocational Qualification (achieved or working towards).
