Adecco are looking for an AR Coordinator to join the Accounts Receivable team within our client based in Bournemouth. The Accounts Receivable team manage credit risk and invoice payment. The team are responsible for payment targets such as DSO, Payscore, Risk Money, compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Key day to day responsibilities include but are not restricted to:

·  Support the collection process for a number of UK customer accounts

·  Managing the ledger action plan for customers > 15 days and > 30 days overdue

·  Managing credit card payments over the phone

·  Outgoing calls to chase customers for overdue payments

·  Query management, liaise with Customers, customer service and sales

·  Manage customer dunning process

·  Cash payment and account reconciliation

·  Internal control checks

·  Chase customers for Remittance advices

·  Own & manage customer deductions

·  Issue copy invoices

·  Own Payscore, DSO and Risk Money for your customers

The ideal fit:

Experience within Credit Control is essential and ideally use of SAP

·  Attention to detail and having clear action plans

·  Excellent time management

·  Providing customers with excellent customer service

·  Decision making around risk and the release of new orders

·  Handling a fast paced business and working under pressure

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Able to work with a diverse range of both internal and external partners
