Are you an experienced Sales Administrator? Do you have GCSE Maths and English at grade A - C or equivalent? Have you got strong attention to detail? Yes, then we would like to hear from you.
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team providing support to the sales department. A good knowledge of Excel and Word is essential as you will be responsible for sending out quotations to customers.
Areas of responsibility will include:
· Administration of customer orders
· Finance - raise and chase overdue invoices
· Stock management - ensuring adequate levels of stock is maintained
· Sending out quotations on behalf of the sales team
The successful candidate will be friendly, self-motivated, have a positive approach to tasks with a 'can do' attitude. The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure is essential along with being able to prioritise your own workload.
