Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a Sales Analyst for an important customer leader in the sector of digitization of the process of identification, traceability and monitoring of animals.

This role is part of Commercial Operations Team and the position reports to the Global Commercial Operations Director.
It will ideally be located in Piacenza but with regular travel across the different branch.
The resource will be responsible for supporting commercial business-enabling functions of commercial operations, Market/Customers/BI Analytics/Field Force Effectiveness (FFE).
The position will require a matrix approach to ensure successful business outcomes against objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•Playing a supporting role in the global team with a focus on market business intelligence tools design and implementation and promote the data-driven culture across the organization

•Support on the different Market Intelligence platform projects and day by day spot analysis.

•Establishing & building a link for supporting the Regional Team in increasing the Sales Effectiveness trhough a continuous improvement approach

•Supporting the different internal stakeholders in understanding and proactively influencing the relevant business environments and business mechanism in market data analysis and the Business Intelligence platform

Necessary:
Degree in Economy Or Engineering
English Fluent
Knowledge of: EXCEL advanced features as a must – Business intelligence tools (like Qlik, Power BI or Tableau) and CRM platform (as SalesForce) as power user. Knowledge SQL, VBA as a plus.

Availability to full-time fixed-term contract through Adecco for 6/12 months. Salary to be agreed on the basis of the candidate's experience.
