Key tasks

General Missions
• Provides a welcome and quality service to customers at the point of sale restoration
• Helps to comprehensively satisfy the quality by customers of its work and the exemplary behaviour
• Adopt good behavior and attitudes in the spirit of service ibis Styles and around its values: modernity, simplicity, Wellness '

Key responsibilities: Customer relationship
• Reserve a warm and personalized to the customer in the spirit of service brand
• Offering attentive service and customized constraints
• Is attentive to customer feedback and monitors
• Establish a good relationship with the client, advise and loyalty
• Knows perfectly the specific ibis Styles and showcases the offers of the brand and its hotel

Technical trade / Production
• Performs:
- Unloading of goods related to its service
- The establishment of point of sale and back
- Hospitality and customer service
- Cleaning and storage room and back after the service
• Make informed before the beginning of each service on the composition of food and possible breaks (participating in the briefing and debriefing of service)
• Adapts organization and pace of work depending on the crowds, events and customers
• Recognizes different types of customers and tailors its services by respecting the basic rules.
• Ensure the sustainability of the material at its disposal. '

Team management
*Communicates and cooperates closely with the kitchen
• Is attentive and respects customer demand while developing sales
• Contributes to customer retention through service quality
• Influences client to speak on the interactive guestbook
• Is involved in achieving the objectives of the service: respecting the procedures and internal controls in hotel
• Contributes to the good management of the dishes and small equipment avoiding breakage
• May be required to participate in inventories

Hygiene / Personal Safety / Environment
• Ensures the cleanliness of the workplace and food safety by following the daily HACCP hygiene rules
• Respect the operating instructions and safety equipment at its disposal.
• Applies the hotel's safety rules (fire ...)
• Respect the commitments of the sustainable development policy took on the establishment (of energy saving, recycling, waste sorting ...)

* Preferably based in UAE
* Working experience in a Bar is an advantage
