Transportation Supervisor

 

PURPOSE OF POSITION职位目标
Responsible for assisting the manager of guest services on maintenance guests any time drivers the hotel vehicles transporting hotel guests/staffs to/from assigned destinations safely, efficiently and courteously. Adheres to all local and state driving laws. Ensures safety and security of passenagers and vehicle.
负责协助礼宾司管理车队,驾驶酒店车辆时,将客人或员工安全、高效,礼貌地送到指定的目的地。坚持遵守所有本地或全国性交通或安全驾驶法律法规。确保乘客和车辆的安全。

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES重要职责
·  Review Logbook (meet with Supervisor) to learn daily business activity and assignments.
·  回顾交班本,了解每天业务活动或任务
·  Check vehicle for damage, document required repairs.
·  检查车辆是否有损坏;记录车辆的维修需求
·  Check vehicle for operating condition and rectify any deficiencies (i.e, tire pressure, oil/fuel/water levels)
·  检查车况,补充调整任何需要及时补充调整的缺陷和不足 (如胎压,机油/燃油/水箱)
·  Check vehicle for cleanliness, inside and out; rectify any deficiencies.
·  检查车辆车内和车表的卫生清洁,及时处理
·  Communicate vehicle maintenance needs to Engineering/Chief Concierge and follow up on completion.
·  向工程部或礼宾司沟通汇报车辆保养需求,并跟进维修保养得进度
·  Remain in assigned, posted position, maintaining correct stance.
·  待在预先安排的位置,保持正确的站姿
·  Obey all traffic and driving regulations.
·  遵守相关交通和安全驾驶的法律法规
·  Remain on scheduled route at all times
·  始终保持在预定的路线驾驶
·  Ensure the safety of all passengers and their belongings.
·  保障乘客和物品的安全
·  Drive the vehicle to transport guests/visitors to and from designated destinations.
·  驾驶车辆将客人接送到指定的目的地
·  Meet and greet designated passengers for pick up at the airport terminals, baggage pick up areas.
·  行李领取处附近的航班到达出口问候和接待指定的客人
·  Communicate any delays, problems, and passengers needs with the hotel by vehicle telephone.
·  使用工作电话及时向酒店沟通汇报航班延误,遇到的问题和客人需求
·  Load and unload passenger’s luggage into/out of the vehicle.
·  协助客人装卸行李
·  Maintain conversation with passengers according to their requirements.
·  了解客人的需求进行简单的沟通对话
·  Maintain accurate knowledge of hotel facilities/services, local attractions/ activities and directions to relay to passengers.
·  详细了解酒店的设备、服务项目、本地的特色景点等相关信息回答客人的询问
·  Follow designated procedures for vehicle breakdowns and accidents.
·  任何车辆的事故和损坏需要遵循事故紧急处理程序
·  Document all trips accurately prior to the start of and at the conclusion each.
·  详细记录车辆的启始使用记录
·  Answer vehicle/department telephone within 3 rings using correct greeting and telephone etiquette.
·  电话响铃三声内使用标准的服务用语接听电话
·  Handle guest complains by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
·  用快速、和平的方式处理客人的投诉,确保客人的问题能得到满意的解决
·  Maintain and monitor cleanliness of work areas.
·  随时保证工作区域的清洁
·  Ensure confidentiality of all passage information and conversations.
·  保证任何客人的信息和对话的保密,不可与其他人谈论
·  Ensure security of vehicle keys.
·  确保车辆钥匙的安全
·  Park vehicle in designated location when car is not used.
·  车辆不使用的情况下,将车辆停放在安全指定的地点
·  Successful completion of the training/certification process.

EXPERIENCE 工作经历
·  One year above experience driving vehicles.
·  一年以上车队管理经验
·  Thorough knowledge of local roads.
·  熟悉本地及周边城市的路况
·  Can drive a van and limousine, standard for manual transmission.
·  能够驾驶自动挡、手动档的车
·  Satisfactory communication in English with guests/visitors, management and co –workers to their understanding preferred.
·  能够用简单的英语同客人及同事进行沟通交流,较强的理解能力
·  Provide legible communication and directions.
·  提供清晰易懂的指引给客人
·  Knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
