Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to Housekeeping operations
Maintain quality of services and standards according to requirement of the hotel
Select, train and evaluate all Housekeeping personnel
Through close supervision, recommend improvements and changes to the operation of the Housekeeping department
Co-ordinate with Front Office department to meet productivity goals
