Job description

Key tasks

In line with the procedures, standard call format and communication methods determined by the Call centre, you answer and handle incoming calls using the tools available to you: Phone, computer - centralised electronic reservations system TARS-, Sales scripts, Sales information, Individual target documents.

Maintain a record of all group room movements.
Organize regular meetings and briefings in accordance to group movements with sales, front office, events and finance team.
Prepare a monthly schedule for all upcoming groups and initiate follow-up for payments, rooming list and other room requirements.
One point of contact to facilitate client for all group room discussions and queries.
Handle additional responsibilities as & when delegated by the Management.

Entire group rooms coordination post contracting to arrival day
Group rooms handover from sales
Maintain filed docket for each group
Coordinate briefings with sales, events and front office
Connects with the client for rooms detailing
Opera blocks upkeep and management
Maintains follow-up tasks file as per cut-off
Follow-up and closure with client as per contracted cut-off
Timely secure rooming list and update as per procedure
Group rooms handover to Front Office
