Key tasks

The Talent Development Manager for Upper Southeast and Northeast Asia is a key role in ensuring we attract, retain and develop our best stars. The ideal candidate for this role loves to see careers grow and develop and wants to be the face of Talent in the region.

While not always the easiest part of the role, we are looking for someone who can keep track of our ever growing pool of talent. Ideally a person who loves analyzing data, challenging the norm and creating opportunities to see people shine.

This role needs to have a fresh look at how we in Accor Hotels connects and sparks our greatest talent.

Experience working in Asia preferred.

Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
