Job description
Key tasks
- To maintain the all Stores in Hotel in proper & presentable condition and in accordance with the Dubai municipality requirement. Manage the Store without any problem,
and ensure the adequate stock levels maintained all the time.
- Maintenance of cost and related financial and non financial records.
- Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
- Contributes to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with norms and procedures
- Is responsible for the safety of property and people once the daytime managers are off duty
- Helps the department meet its targets
- Helps increase hotel revenue through his/her sales efforts
