Stewarding Supervisor

What you will be doing:
· Manage sections, plan rosters, shifts and teams of stewards in order to achieve a smooth, safe and hygienic environment in accordance with the business demands and cost control measures.
· Ensure cleanliness and order of all stewarding stores and to ensure all HACCP records are up to date
· Assist the Executive Chef in the overall Stewarding operations
Your experience and skills include:
· Knowledge of Stewarding operations preferably in a 5-star hotel setting
· Knowledge of PC applications
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
