Le Sofitel Lyon Bellecour recherche pour sa brasserie Le Silk un/une stagiaire restauration de 4 à 6 mois.

Dans votre rôle de stagiaire, vous aurez l'opportunité de contribuez à:

• Réserver un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé au client
• Offrir un service attentionné et adapté aux clients
• Etre le garant de la satisfaction des clients
• Etre attentif aux remarques du client et en assurer le suivi
• Établir de bonnes relations avec le client, le conseille et le fidélise
• Mettre en valeur l'offre restauration
