Key tasks

Nous recherchons un(e) Stagiaire Réceptionniste qui intégrera notre équipe à partir de mi-juillet 2017 pour une durée de 6 mois.

Missions principales :

Vous veillez au bien être des clients tout au long de leur séjour.
Vous accueillez tous les clients avec prévenance et attention.
Vous effectuez les check-in et check-out et êtes en charge de l'accueil physique et téléphonique.
Vous participez aux tâches administratives et comptables de l’équipe Réception
Vous participez au déploiement du projet Welcome (accueil digital)
