Key tasks
L’hôtel SCRIBE est un hôtel 5* situé en plein coeur de Paris, dans le quartier de l’Opéra, entre la place Vendôme et les grands magasins du boulevard Haussmann.
Notre établissement, qui démarre un programme complet de rénovation, comptera 201 chambres, suites et duplex, un espace séminaires & banquets, un espace Lounge
Restauration avec une offre diversifiée, un fitness et des salles de soins.
Nous recrutons à compter de début 2019 un(e) stagiaire en réception avec convention de stage obligatoire (stage non logé).
Vous êtes bilingue anglais, accueillant(e), motivé(e), vous aimez le contact client, venez découvrir un service dédié à la clientèle.
En collaboration avec les équipes de jour et de nuit vous participerez à l'arrivée et au départ du client, vérification des réservations, suivi des débiteurs, ventes de cartes fidélités, clôture du CA hébergement et restauration, vérification des tarifs, organisation de l'arrivée des groupes.
