L'hôtel Scribe 5* luxe 213 chambres situé quartier opéra (métro Opéra ou Madeleine RER A Auber) Suites, Duplex, Room service 24/24, salles de séminaires, Maison de Thé, Restaurant-bar 'Le Lumière' recherche pour son service réception un(e) stagiaire de réception avec convention de stage.

Vous êtes bilingue anglais, accueillant(e), motivé(e), vous aimez le contact client, venez découvrir un service dédié à la clientèle.

En collaboration avec les équipes de jour et de nuit vous participerez à l'arrivée et au départ du client, vérification des réservations, suivi des débiteurs, ventes de cartes fidélités, clôture du CA hébergement et restauration, vérification des tarifs, organisation de l'arrivée des groupes.
