Key tasks
Nous recrutons un stagiaire Sales & Banqueting qui intégrera le département des Séminaires & Banquets. Les principales missions seront les suivantes :
- accueil client le jour de la manifestation avec vérification de la salle en amont et suivi du client pendant de déroulement de son événement.
- envoi de propositions commerciales banquets et groupes
- vente espaces séminaires, des points de vente F&B et chambres
- coordination événements avec équipes internes via l’édition de fiches de fonctions
- suivi administratif
