Key tasks
Lors de ce stage au sein du département Commercial, vous aurez les missions suivantes :
- Vendre les espaces réunion et hébergement de l'hôtel,
- Réaliser les offres commerciales (séminaires, groupes affaires et tourisme),
- Suivre et relancer les dossiers en cours,
- Optimiser les plannings d'occupation des espaces,
- Élaborer et diffuser les fiches de fonction,
- Accueillir et suivre le client durant son séjour,
- Divers opérations de marketing, distribution, et e-réputation,
- Etude de la concurrence,
- Et diverses tâches de gestion.
Profil Requis : Rigueur, Organisation, Ecoute, Discrétion et Esprit d'équipe.
Connaître l'Hôtellerie-Restauration.
