Key tasks
主要职责
1.与员工餐厅厨师一起准备配料及烹饪食材
2.确保餐厅食物的供应,保证食物的数量和质量
3.确保冷房,工作区域的设备的清洁和维护工作
4.确保打菜时,服务热情,分配合理,并可主动分析员工的意见,向员工餐厅厨师长或主管提出改进意见
5.协助成本核算做好和计算食品成本工作
岗位要求
1.3年以上相关工作经验
2.符合健康要求
3.懂得成本控制
