Job description

Key tasks

- Oversee all aspects of the operations of Spa and Leisure & Activities.
- Manage staff, overseeing facility maintenance, developing budgets and creating marketing and promotions campaigns
- Interact with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction with spa and L&A services and personnel.
- Handles emergency cases according to the established policies and procedures, e.g. fire safety, typhoon, security, etc.
