• The ambassador reports directly to the Reception Supervisor (Assistant Manager in his/her absence).
• The ambassador will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the Reception with a professional, warm and positive attitude.
• Provide a smooth and timely check in/out for all guests
• Ensure that guest request/s are being followed up promptly and efficiently throughout their stay; following up with traces
• Provide all guest with accurate and in-depth information upon their request; good knowledge of products, services, pricing, special promotional offers and special events
• Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and guest confidentiality.
• Maintain a good communication between hotel guests and all hotel departments both verbally and in writing as required.
• Assist, as required to attend to calls for reservations and ensure accurate, up to date information is given.
• Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through product knowledge and upselling skills.
• Ensuring all guests are offered to join Le Club loyalty program
• Complete any other duties assigned by the manager/supervisor
• Ensure Reception /Back Office area are clean and tidy at all times
• Carry out reception duties as required
• Treat guests and ambassadors from all cultural groups with respect, sensitivity and transparency.
