Job description

Key tasks

Securing and increasing the M&E revenue, for AccorHotels worldwide, of a dedicated M&E account portfolio. Working closely together with the Sales Coordinator M&E. Assuring a qualitative service to clients and respect of internal processes.
Responsibility for organising and coordinating sales activities:
- Sales calls
- Organization of M&E sales missions in Switzerland and participation to sales missions abroad
- FAM trips to key destinations
Representation of Swiss Hotels towards AccorHotels Global Sales and other countries.

Account Management:
 Management and animation of a dedicated account portfolio based in Switzerland:
o Top national intermediaries
o Sport federations
o Associations
 Using internal offers & tools to push AccorHotels to the portfolio

Client / Request Management
 Direct management of requests, of the portfolio for any hotel of the AccorHotels group worldwide with support from the Group Desk Coordinator
 Ensure proactive qualification of RFP’s
 Rate negotiations with respective contacts in hotels (General Manager, Revenue Manager, Reservation managers…)
 Reporting, extraction of production and activity reports

Office Management:
 Administrative Management of M&E requests from the account portfolio through and with the dedicated AccorHotels tools
 Setting priorities for administrative work (Salesforce – CRM, Database update, Outlook, …)
 Setting up protocols to facilitate daily work
 Making sure data and revenue are updated in the AccorHotels CRM system

Essential and optional requirements

- Excellent language skills of English and French. Any additional language is a benefit
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales position in hospitality (hotel or global office)
