Job description

Key tasks

-To promote the hotel in his/her assigned area/territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company to update with the market.
- Exceeding personal sales goals, monthly, quarterly, annually, through account development and maintenance.
- Maximize up selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities suitable and complimenting to the MICE booking.
- Participate in prescribed training and special projects, assisting in the development and training of sales coordinator, collecting market and competitive intelligence and be prepared to contribute to tactics and strategies discussion.
- Responsibilities include quoting rates and negotiate group rooms contracts within established parameters, keeping accurate records of potential customers and following through on all potential business.

Essential and optional requirements

- At least 2 years experience in the same position, has experience in Accor Group is an advantage.
- Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good leadership.
- Able to manage work systematically, well organized.
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.
