Responsible for dealing with all incoming meetings & event enquiries, carry out hotel show rounds, contracting of bookings, managing day to day relationships with wide range of clients.

Ensure all the complete administration and execution of all planned events.

Anticipating potential problems & business opportunities within the event planning process.

Understand the competitive marketplace & implement approaches in ensure the hotel stays ahead in the local market.

At least 3 years experience in handling the hotel meetings & events.

Must be strong in administrative, communication & computer skills (Delphi & Opera preferable).

Must be self-motivator with great time management skills.
