Job description

Key tasks

Prepare letters, reports, memorandum, invitation, etc.
Prepare proposals, contracts and conforme.
Maintain an organized filing system.
Ensure delivery of letters, telexes and fax messages.
Update master list of accounts.
Facilitate showroom to clients and arranges showroom requirements.
