Key tasks
Responsibility :
• To take all telephone orders from guests, register them in the cash register and make all necessary reports as indicated by the DFA.
• To ensure that all guests contacting room service are helped in a prompt, courteous and professional way and all orders are served accordingly
• Helps guests and explain menus contents
• Execute all tasks of the service procedure performed by the waiter whenever required.

Health : Good & excellent physical condition.
Academic & Technical requirements : - University or high school preferable
- Knowledge of R/S service
Experience : At least 1 year experience as R/S waiter
Language requirements : Good command of written and spoken English & Thai
Flexibility : Flexible working hours (morning - evening - night)
