Key tasks

• Room service order taken, delivered and processed with accuracy in guest accounts and charging. Efficient and thorough undertaking of all mise en place duties for rooms service following procedure.

• To efficiently and accurately take all room service orders, verbally by phone, doorknobs or through the outlet.

• Perform all associated room service duties such as trays, preparation areas, tray delivery/collection and any associated service and cleaning duties.

• To assist in the smooth running of Minibar operations as may be required.

• Maintain a consistently high level of guest service.

• Serve guest with confidence and also ability to approach guest and interact easily.
