Key tasks

Your missions:

You identify and analyse the training requirements, in line with the company's economic and social policy, and its technological progression. You design, put together and negotiate the training plan, taking into account human, financial, legal, organisational and learning elements. You follow-up on training actions and assess the effects of training investments. You handle relations with professional partners and teaching institutions.

Vos principales missions seront :

- Analyser et identifier les besoins en développement des talents
- Animer les modules de formation groupe et marque
- Assurer les « On the job trainings »
- Administrer et gérer l’activité formation
- Suivre le talent review
- Suivre et améliorer les indicateurs de performance individuelle
- Contribuer à la promotion de la culture du service et l’engagement des collaborateurs
- Contribuer à la visibilité de la marque employeur en interne et en externe.
