E' in grado di presentare e vendere i servizi dell'hotel, dalle camere alla ristorazione. Cura e fidelizza i clienti ed è in grado di gestire i reclami. Richiesta la conoscenza della gestione delle prenotazioni, di cui quelle telefoniche. Promuove e sostiene i progetti aziendali e di Brand.
