l Registers guest in a prompt and courteous manner.
l Provides information for guest.
l Ensure all guest complaints and comments are reported to the Manager.
l Respond to special requests and resolve guest problem or seeks immediately assistance to do from the manager.
l Registers guest in a prompt and courteous manner.
l Hands out keys, following key issuing procedure.
l Operates computer in appropriate manner.
l Prepares required lists and reports.
l Handles foreign exchange transaction.
l Count money to verify amount and issues receipt for payments received.
l Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure.
l Be fully conversant in the PMS(Opera) system.
l Be fully aware of the reservation procedures.
l Achieve an accurate and logical work sequence.
l Follow procedures for cash and security on front desk.
l Ensure a speedy telephone and message service at all times.
l Ensure messages are accurate and passed on promptly.
l Provide business center services as required, with correct charges posted for guests.
l Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external), redirect to departments as required.
l Maintain a positive selling approach to maximize yield in both occupancy and rates.
l Ensure the front as well as the back of the office are clean and tidy.
l Have all knowledge of the hotel’s Membership card (Ambatel card, Plus card, Le club Club)
l Any other reasonable request as required by Hotel Management
Work Experience
· Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management
· Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
· Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
· Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
· Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
