• Do you possess excellent IT & administration skills?

Role:

We are currently seeking to hire a Receptionist to join our offices in the IFSC, Dublin 1.

We are keen to hear from candidates who possess the following:

The ideal candidate will be proactive and have enthusiasm. Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills are a prerequisite for the successful candidate along with the required skill set as outlined below:

• Advanced PC skills including Word and Excel
• A commitment to attention to detail
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills
• Prioritising work using time management, organisational and communication skills
• Good administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks
• Responsibility for meeting room bookings and catering bookings
• Managing client correspondence received via post and email
• An ability to make sound judgements in emergency situations
• Reliability / Flexibility

Key responsibilities include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
• Provide front of house security and surveillance
• Taking incoming calls and subsequent messages
• Organise all required internal and external meetings, catering and taxi requirements
• Liaise and build relationships with clients and internal divisions on behalf of the team
