Job description

Key tasks

You ensure that all runs smoothly during the customer's stay. You organise the reception and look after customers with your team. You supervise the work of the receptionists in the team. You contribute to reaching your department's quantitative and qualitative targets. You implement brand and Group projects and identity points.
