Are you a welcoming, customer orientated Reception superstar? Are you looking for your next step?

We are currently looking for a Front Office Supervisor to support and guide our team members in our Reception Department.

As the Front Office Supervisor you would be involved in the customer's journey via all stages and you would make yourself available to them to ensure all aspects of their stay run smoothly. The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the flawless operations of the Reception Desk whilst constantly striving to lead the team to new heights in Le Club enrolments and conversions, upsells and VOG entries.

You will ensure we are a leading hotel within the area for guest satisfaction as well as keeping up the morale of our team in our busy environment.

• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Motivate and support others
• Ability to train and mentor new starters
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must have high level of spoken English
